Bright Harbor Healthcare is seeking a motivated HR intern to join our team. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and initiatives. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee onboarding, training and development, employee relations, and HR administration. This internship will provide valuable exposure to the field of HR and the healthcare industry, and the opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Assist with candidate screening and scheduling interviews

Support employee onboarding process

Assist with HR projects and initiatives

Update and maintain employee records and HR databases

Assist with HR administrative tasks as needed

Support employee relations activities under the guidance of HR professionals

Requirements

Current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Detail-oriented and well-organized

Desire to learn and grow in the field of HR
