Position: HR Compensation Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Pay: $75,000 to $100,000/year (based on experience)

Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am to 4pm

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the go-to expert for compensation inquiries, partnering with P&C team members and department leaders.
• Conduct detailed job and market analyses using job questionnaires and market data to stay competitive.
• Help maintain and administer our company’s incentive programs and lead the annual merit process with the Director of Compensation & Benefits.
• Collaborate with HRIS and Compensation teams to update and maintain compensation data in Workday, including job profiles and pay grades.
• Ensure our compensation practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Take charge of compensation benchmarking surveys and provide insights from the results.
• Assist with special compensation projects and maintain the company’s job catalog and job descriptions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of compensation experience; familiarity with Workday HRIS is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field. Certification like CCP/GRP is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work confidentially with sensitive employee information.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
