Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for helping seniors and their families? Assisting Hands Home Care Maywood is looking for an experienced Home Care Community Relations Representative to expand our reach and grow our private duty home care services in Bergen County.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, physician offices, and other senior care professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities by networking and engaging with the community.
• Conduct outreach and market analysis to strengthen brand awareness and increase home care referrals.
• Communicate effectively with prospective clients, families, and referral partners to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain regular visits and follow-ups with existing referral sources to reinforce partnerships.
• Represent Assisting Hands Home Care at events, networking meetings, and educational workshops.
• Collaborate with our care team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.

Qualifications We are Looking For:

• 2+ years of sales/marketing experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with seniors.
• Strong relationship-building skills and an ability to connect with referral partners.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing successful marketing plans.
• Excellent presentation, organization, and communication skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and people-oriented environment.
• College degree preferred but not required.
