We are a well-established and busy Commercial Fencing company in Austin, TX seeking a General Manager for our Commercial Perimeter Security Fencing Division. The General Manager-Commercial Division will oversee all aspects of the commercial business, including operations, project management, estimation, and business development. The ideal candidate has a strong construction background, has successfully run a $15M+ commercial operation, and possesses an extensive network of general contractors. This role requires expertise in estimating, advanced project management, and operational leadership, ensuring the company continues its trajectory of growth and excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial fencing or related fields. Proven relationship with large general contractors in Texas. Strong estimation skills, with a deep understanding of project bidding and cost control. Advanced project management and operational leadership skills. This is a direct-hire, long term career opportunity offering room for growth, the starting base pay range is $120K-$150K plus benefits and incentives. Relocation assistance is available.
