Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
   • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
   • Ensure timely and accurate monthly quarterly and yearend close processes.
   • Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financial results.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
   • Lead the annual budgeting process working with department heads to develop and manage budgets.
   • Prepare and review budget forecasts and variance analysis.
   • Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets.
3. Compliance and Control:
   • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws regulations and accounting standards (e.g. GAAP IFRS).
   • Maintain internal controls and safeguards for receipt of revenue costs budgets and actual expenditures.
   • Coordinate audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
4. Strategic Financial Planning:
   • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and longterm financial plans.
   • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
   • Analyze financial data and trends to identify risks and opportunities for growth.
5. Team Leadership:
   • Manage and mentor the finance team including hiring training and performance management.
   • Foster a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
   • Develop and implement training programs for finance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
6. Operational Efficiency:
   • Streamline and improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
   • Implement and maintain financial systems and software.
   • Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
7. Cash Flow Management:
   • Monitor and manage the companys cash flow and liquidity.
   • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
   • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models.
8. Financial Analysis:
   • Conduct financial analysis including profitability analysis cost analysis and investment analysis.
   • Prepare adhoc financial reports and analyses as required by management.
   • Support M&A activities including due diligence and integration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 710 years of progressive accounting and finance experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
