We're looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to join our small but dynamic product design agency. This part-time contract position offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Calendar & Meeting Management: Keep schedules on track, set up meetings, and ensure everything runs smoothly. A passion for organization is a plus!
Email Management: Manage the inbox, respond to emails promptly, and ensure important messages are addressed with clarity and professionalism.
Outreach & Coordination: Assist with outreach to potential clients or partners, schedule follow-ups, and maintain polished communication.
Project & Task Management: Utilize tools like ClickUp or Notion to track projects and ensure deadlines are met effectively.
Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and vendors, coordinating calls and ensuring clear communication.
Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on potential leads or vendors and help gather information to support business decisions, delivering well-structured summaries and reports.
Video Updates & Training: Create updates and walkthroughs using async tools like Loom, so being comfortable on camera is essential.
Who You Are:
You have strong writing skills and can communicate effectively through various platforms, including email, phone, Slack, or video.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive—you're driven to complete tasks efficiently.
Curious and eager to learn about new topics and technologies.
Familiar with marketing tools such as website builders, Google Analytics, and basic design tools like Canva.
Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Previous remote work experience is essential; you understand the ins and outs of staying productive independently.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools; familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, and Loom is a plus!
While previous experience as an assistant or in a similar role is beneficial, we welcome applications from quick learners eager to grow.
