Job Description
Tower Digital, a leader in digital asset management, is seeking a dedicated and versatile Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to senior executives while also managing personal tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This hybrid role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to balance business and personal responsibilities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments across time zones.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
• Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other communications for senior executives.
Strategic Coordination:
• Support executives in managing key business and personal projects by tracking deadlines, preparing materials, and ensuring follow-through.
• Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.
Administrative Tasks:
• Organize and maintain both business and personal files, records, and documentation.
• Process expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
• Coordinate events, whether professional or personal, such as meetings, dinners, or celebrations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital productivity tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Google Workspace).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexibility to manage a dynamic workload of both professional and personal tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-profile individuals.
• Familiarity with the digital asset or tech industry.
• Project management skills and knowledge of tools like Asana or Monday.com.
