Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support the President located in Washington, DC starting ASAP!
About the Job:
* Provide calendaring/scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics support.
* Ensure they are well prepared for upcoming meetings, commitments, and responsibilities.
* Manage board meeting logistics, expense reports, and troubleshooting requests.
* Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and communications.
* Complete additional tasks/special projects and provide support as needed.
About You:
* 3+ years of relevant C-suite executive support experience.
* A bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Experience working at a nonprofit or association is highly desired.
* MS Office proficiency is required; Spanish or French fluency is a bonus!
* Excellent oral/written communication, organizational, and calendar management skills.
About the Position:
* $25/hr-$30/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary through the end of the year.
* Hybrid schedule with 3 days/week onsite in Washington, DC.
* Office is metro accessible!
