Job Description

A prominent development office in Brooklyn (Boro Park) is hiring an Executive Assistant to work in a female-only office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of tasks to support leadership and daily office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to executives and leadership.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and communications.
• Handle correspondence, document preparation, and record-keeping.
• Assist in organizing and prioritizing tasks for efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
