Executive Assistant/Office Administrator
Location: Chicago, IL
Job Type: Temp to hire, Full-Time (In-Office, 5 days a week)
Eventual salary - $80,000
Overview:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and professional Executive Assistant to support their CEO in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with C-suite executives and possess a strong commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the CEO, managing a heavy calendar and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate domestic and occasional international travel logistics.
- Ensure high-quality task completion with minimal oversight.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven experience supporting C-suite executives, with a preference for candidates who have demonstrated longevity in previous roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce error-free work.
- Experience with Concur is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to take direction positively and work collaboratively within a team.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to engage effectively with high-level executives and stakeholders.

Logistics:
This position typically involves a 40-hour work week, with potential overtime during travel or unforeseen circumstances.
