A nonprofit organization is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to its leadership. This role is critical to ensuring seamless daily operations, from managing schedules to handling communications and meeting preparations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating daily schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Handling correspondence, including calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Preparing agendas, materials, and summaries for meetings.
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and addressing issues as they arise.
• Assisting with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Acting as a liaison between the executive team and staff or stakeholders.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative professional.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
