Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to execution. Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements. Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring all costs are tracked and controlled. Create and distribute event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional items. Conduct on-site event management, including setup, registration, and attendee support. Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements. Qualifications: Qualifications Skills Required: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
