Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Pay: Bi-Weekly
Reports to: Director, Compliance

Responsibilities: - Coordinate, Assist, monitor the development of permit applications for Industrial reclaimed water re-use authorizations, PWS (public water system) plan review applications for mobile water treatment units and water haulers through TCEQ (Texas commission on environmental quality) and OSSF (on-site sewage facility) permits through specific counties in Texas.
- Perform regulatory research and assist with developing a regulatory framework based on EPA and/ or state specific applications as per project requirements in United States of America and Canada.
- Manage drinking water, wastewater, and reuse permits and ensure compliance sampling requirements are met.
- Assist with critical issues analyses and desktop reviews for environmental permitting and compliance efforts.
- Stay up to date with EPA and State specific water and wastewater regulations within the regions WaterFleet operates.
- Manage regulatory environmental compliance aspects of construction projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Excel - based tracking systems, databases, and calculation spreadsheets, that helps to effectively manage key data.
- Prepare and submit environmental reports to the client or regulatory agencies periodically and contacting regulatory and municipal agencies and subcontractors/vendors to obtain project-related information.
- Prepare standard project documentation that meet company and client requirements that also complies with national or local standards and codes of practice. And maintain organized files and reports, including field survey and other data.
- Track & analyze Jobsite HSE data; monitoring & maintaining records of the same.
- Design and develop HSE and Compliance dashboards (visual, graphical, and tabular summaries) using Microsoft Excel and Servicemax Software which helps in compliance trend analysis as well as root cause analysis of non-compliant issues, recommend initiatives to reduce incidents and improve prevention initiatives.
- Proactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and communicate situations to site management by reviewing jobsite inspection audits.
- Coordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams which include Sales, Engineering, technical services, and Operations to implement new requirements, and update regulatory agencies, regarding new facilities.
- Provide content development support for customer communications and respond to customer questions, as needed.
- Remotely monitoring water and wastewater treatment units using M2Web or Ecatcher software's to arrive at the optimum operational strategy and makes recommendations with respect to adjustment of chemical levels.
- Perform field sampling of water and reclaimed water samples, in compliance with State and Federal standards following standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and analyzes excel based reports of lab testing results.
- Partner with entry level Compliance Techs in maintaining proper lab performance.
- Assist with or develop training documents, SOPs, instruction manuals and related materials.
- Special projects, as assigned.
Technical Knowledge: - Geographic information system (GIS)

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies or similar.
- Valid US driver's license and strong driving safety record (no more than 2 moving violations in previous 3 years).
- Acceptable background check, clear of DWI convictions, for the last 5 years.
Qualifications: - Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Solid Organizational skills.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Able to keep up to date with the latest environmental legislation and compliance regulation.
Supervisory Responsibility: - This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
