Job Description
The Enrollment Officer and ISSO (International Students and Scholars Office) Liaison assists the Director of Enrollment in all prospective student recruitment and retention efforts. The majority of daily work consists of creating and maintaining recruitment relationships with prospective domestic and international students through digital means (social networking, email, instant messaging, Twitter, Zoom) as well as over the phone and helping to guide admitted students through the matriculation process with a focus on yield. Additional responsibilities include planning visits and meeting with prospective students who travel to the School of Theology; helping to create in-house recruitment events; independently planning, implementing, and following through on recruitment trips to conferences, events, universities, and colleges nationwide. The Enrollment Officer and ISSO Liaison also helps transition incoming students to the School of Theology and Boston area, especially helping them secure decent, affordable housing and supporting international students with their ISSO materials.

Required Skills
Bachelor's degree required with 3-5 years of experience, Master's degree in a field of study related to theological education preferred with 1-3 years of related experience.
