Dispensary Manager Responsibilities

* Management Maintenance, and supervision of day to day retail operations activity of the dispensary
* Maintain a friendly, courteous, and compassionate demeanor at all times
* Interfaces with vendors to coordinate purchase, delivery and transfer of cannabis products, retail products, equipment and supplies.

Dispensary Manager Qualifications

* Comfortable handling high volume cash
* Excellent computer and technical skills
* Ability to effectively lead a team of diverse members
* Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
* Skilled in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, decision making, and complex problem solving..
* You enjoy people, and helping people.
