As a Director of Operations, you will contribute to the company’s success by effectively directing all business within the Oklahoma market with offices primarily in the Oklahoma City Metro area including Edmonds and Moore as well as an office in Kansas. This includes employee development, growth and profit objectives, customer service, hiring, coaching and proper control of all payroll, facility and operating expenses. As the head of your region, you’ll motivate, mentor, and guide your team of Practice Managers and create a welcoming environment through service and care. Exemplary planning, organization and communication skills are key and dental industry experience is highly preferred. This position is field based and requires frequent travel to the offices in the surrounding areas of Oklahoma City. Summary of Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Performance: Drive the operational, financial, and clinical performance of all dental offices within the region. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure offices meet or exceed performance goals, including patient volume, revenue, profitability, and patient satisfaction. Analyze and interpret data from key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve results. Collaborate with the executive team to align regional goals with the broader organizational vision and strategic initiatives. Team Development & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of regional directors and office leaders, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide continuous coaching and professional development opportunities to ensure high employee engagement and retention. Foster an environment that encourages transparent communication, teamwork, and alignment with company values. Patient Care & Clinical Excellence: Partner with clinical teams to ensure high standards of patient care, quality, and compliance are consistently met Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree At least five years of experience managing multiple practice/site locations (7+) preferably in the Dental Industry Proven track record of year over year growth Proven track record of measurable, successful customer service initiatives Ability to forecast and analyze business trends to maximize territory performance and profitability Ability to create and maintain a budget Travel within territory required (4 to 5 days in the field).
