As a Digital Merchandising (DM) Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving discoverability of the catalog (as measured by the percent of products and sellers that are shopped each month) and conversion (as measured by the storefront add-to-cart rate) for a set of collections. The expectation is that you will use your subject matter expertise of the collection, combined with market data and analytics to create a compelling and delightful shopping experience for members.
In service of these goals, you will work closely with the Catalog Operations team, Partner Success team and Category Managers. Typical activities include, but are not limited to, curating product, event and seller data, optimizing storefront collections and filters and supporting promotions on the marketing calendar.

Work Location
During your 90-day introductory period, you will be required to report to the GOVX corporate office in San Diego, CA and work five days per week and a full 8-hour shift each day from the office. After successful completion of the 90-day introductory period, you will transition to a hybrid schedule that combines working onsite at the GOVX corporate office in San Diego, CA and working remotely from home. You will be required to report to the office a minimum of three days per week and work a full eight-hour shift each day from the office. Start and end times are flexible, but you will be required to be in the office during the core business hours of 9:30am - 2:30pm. The in-office days will be based on business needs to be set by your manager. No relocation allowance or visa sponsorship will be provided.
Position will require successful completion of a background check and drug testing prior to starting employment.
