As a crucial member of our corporate housing company, you’ll assist guests throughout their booking journey, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Guest Support:** Act as the main point of contact for guests, assisting with inquiries related to booking, check-in/check-out procedures, amenities, and other accommodation details.
* **Issue Resolution:** Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
* **Booking Coordination:** Confirm bookings, manage cancellations, and handle reservation modifications as needed.
* **Communication:** Respond to guest messages across various channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and courteous manner.
* **Quality Assurance:** Ensure all properties meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort by liaising with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
* **Feedback Collection:** Gather guest feedback and provide insights to improve our service and guest experience.
