**Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist**

**Job Description:**

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Customer Experience Specialist! This role is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, offering a fully remote work model for residents of Colorado.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our services. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, addressing their account inquiries, and facilitating effective communication between departments. Your daily tasks will include handling billing questions and managing requests through our ticketing system.

We pride ourselves on being the friendly face of our company, and we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a high level of care and urgency in every interaction.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience with inbound and outbound calls
- Proven ability to handle customer escalations effectively
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED

**Nice to Have Skills & Experience:**

- Bilingual in Spanish
- Previous experience in support for Fiber/Wireless/Voice Internet Service Providers

**Training and Compensation:**

The first week of employment will involve mandatory training, which will take place on-site for five days. Hotel accommodations will be provided for this training period. The pay range for this position is $20-22 per hour.
