Job Details
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
Lead project teams and collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitable outcomes.
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies on job sites.
Maintain open communication with all stakeholders and provide regular updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction.
Strong proficiency in construction software such as Procore and Microsoft Project.
Certifications such as OSHA 30-hour are preferred.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
