Job Details - Represent clients in all stages of civil litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, motions, mediations, and appeals.
- Handling a diverse caseload involving business, logistics, trucking, trademark, employment, immigration, real estate, tax, trust, and estate cases.
- Drafting and responding to discovery requests, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
- Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in the law to provide the most accurate advice and representation.
- Collaborating with other members of our legal team to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to case management.
Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the California state bar.
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive experience in handling depositions, motions, mediations, and appeals.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
- High degree of professionalism and adherence to strict ethical standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote work environment, with strong self-motivation and discipline.
