About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead and oversee all aspects of medical staff affairs with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of quality, patient safety, evidence-based medicine, and value-based clinical care. The successful candidate will be a strategic and operational physician executive, responsible for setting the vision and agenda for clinical outcome improvement, resource utilization, care coordination, and patient experience. This role requires a commitment to rigorous outcomes measurement, data analytics, and performance improvement processes. The CMO will also be a key member of the executive team, working to ensure the hospital's standards and processes align with the goal of reducing variation and maintaining high-quality care.
