The Chief Executive Officer is accountable for implementing and directing all facility operations while coordinating internal and external business development strategies. This position interfaces closely with the medical staff and administration to achieve the hospitals goals and objectives. High degree of detail orientation, clearly articulate hospital performance and areas of focus for improvement. Recruit and develop high performing team leaders.
