About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic part-time Call Center Representatives to work remotely from anywhere in Indiana. This flexible role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with the public to collect important data that supports energy conservation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the phone and accurately record responses using a computer-aided telephone interviewing (CATI) system.
Positively engage with survey participants, remaining neutral and unbiased while collecting responses.
Build your skills through ongoing support and training from your Team Lead and colleagues.
Meet project goals and contribute to a team-focused work environment.
Schedule and Hours:

Part-time, remote position.
Minimum of 20 hours per week, with the flexibility to schedule up to 40 hours.
Shifts spread across 1 weekend day and at least 3 weekdays.
Weekday shifts: 2 pm - 9 pm (minimum 3 hours per shift).
Weekend shifts: Saturday 2 pm - 7 pm, Sunday 2 pm - 9 pm (you can work only 4 hours on the weekend).
Compensation:

Starting pay is $14 per hour.
After 1 month: $14.50 per hour.
After 3 months: $15 per hour.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to sit for extended periods while working.
Preferred Skills & Experience:

6 months of call center, customer service, or collections experience preferred.
Previous experience with data collection or working with the public is a plus.
Professional Skills:

Strong communication and active listening skills.
Clear speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script.
Positive, professional demeanor with the ability to remain neutral during interviews.
Basic computer skills, including accurate data entry and typing.
Ability to meet standard performance metrics.
Equipment Requirements:

Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 MB download speed).
Personal computer with Windows 10 or higher (8 GB RAM) and current anti-malware/anti-virus software.
External computer monitor.
USB headset.
A quiet, private space for confidential work.
Schedule Flexibility:

4-hour shifts available.
Day and night shifts.
Overtime and weekend availability as needed.
Preferred Experience:

Customer support: 1 year
Telemarketing: 1 year
Computer skills: 1 year
Bilingual skills (preferred)
