Sea Fox Boat Company is a leading saltwater fishing boat manufacturer who is looking for talented people to join our team and aid in the building of our boats.  We are family owned and operated and we are looking for more people to join our family!

To be successful in this role you must have a STRONG eye for detail.  You will be completing a final detail on boats before they ship to dealers.  
Position Overview: Sea Fox Boat Works is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about boats, possess a strong work ethic, and have a keen eye for cleanliness and presentation. As a Boat Detailer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our boat inventory, ensuring that each boat meets our high standards of quality and appearance.
Responsibilities:

• Boat Cleaning and Washing: Thoroughly clean and wash boats, including hulls, decks, and interiors, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment.
• Polishing and Waxing: Apply polishing compounds and waxes to enhance the appearance of boat surfaces and protect against environmental elements.
• Interior Detailing: Clean and detail boat interiors, including upholstery, and other components, to create a comfortable and appealing environment for customers.
• Stain Removal: Identify and address stains or blemishes on boat surfaces, utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques and products.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all boats meet the dealership's standards for cleanliness and presentation before being shipped.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean detailing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Keep up with a fast-paced manufacturing line.
• Work in a safe and professional manner and able to get along with others.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations and housekeeping guidelines.
• General housekeeping, maintenance, and organization.
• Performs related duties as required.
• May be required to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Engaging in bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
