Job Description

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bilingual Remote Hotel Reservationist to join our team. You will focus on booking accommodations and managing room reservations for clients. **Job Responsibilities:**
  • -Handle hotel reservations, including receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming room availability.
  • - Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person to assist with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
  • - Assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and efficient process while addressing any special requests or concerns.
  • - Collect payment information, process reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
