Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to self-directed learning and development. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional service, and fostering a positive and educational environment for our staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage wait staff to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Reorder drinks, garnishes, and other supplies as needed.
• Train wait staff to sell and serve craft beer, ensuring they are knowledgeable and passionate about our offerings.
• Oversee waitstaff performance and education, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Collaborate with the Brewer and ownership to design and implement effective policies.
• Communicate beer supply needs to the Brewer, ensuring a steady and appropriate inventory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a bar.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-directed and able to take ownership of the role.
• A passion for craft beer and a desire to continuously learn and develop.
• Good at self-regulation and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Working Hours:

• Primarily during business hours, with the flexibility to pick up shifts as needed.
