Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Amazon Account Specialist to manage and optimize our presence on the Amazon marketplace via advertising and product detail page optimizations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing our sales and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Portal. This position will report directly to the Director of Ecommerce and collaborate with the Ecommerce Merchandising Specialist and Ecommerce Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities: - Performance Tracking & Analysis:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make data driven decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer reviews, and enhance overall account performance.
- Regularly track and report on KPIs including traffic, sales, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Optimize product listings, including keywords, descriptions, images, and pricing to improve search rankings and conversions.
- Advertising & Promotions:
- Manage Amazon PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns and other advertising initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and sponsored campaigns.
- Customer Support :
- Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
- Resolve any issues related to returns, shipping, or product defects in accordance with Amazon’s policies.
Qualifications: - Experience:
- 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts with a strong preference towards individuals with PPC experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales and improving account performance.
- Skills :
- Strong knowledge of Amazon’s algorithms, SEO, and keyword optimization.
- Proficient in Amazon PPC and other advertising tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation - $60-65K, depending on experience.
