Position Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of agriculture loans

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Evaluate loan applications and financial information

- Provide exceptional customer service and financial guidance

- Will inherit a 30MM portfolio

Position Overview:

- Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment

- Collaborate with team members to ensure loan compliance

- Stay current on industry trends and regulations

- Meet loan production goals

Position Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in Ag lending

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
