Job:
Client is looking for a reliable Office Administrator/ Bookkeeper. Candidates will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include basic bookkeeping and some digital marketing/ social media skills. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. It is crucial you possess extensive expertise in bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online, exceptional project management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Must be proficient on QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
• Invoicing clients and customers.
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Attend video calls with the Marketing Department on discovery of new clients.
• Clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management (scanning/uploading/filing/organizing)
• Provide support for special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
• Categorize all expenses in QuickBooks (experience required) according to established protocols.
• Create post and content for social media visibility.
• Social media community manager.
• Act as a point of contact between the owner, partners, vendors, etc. handling correspondence professionally.

• Plan and organize corporate event.
• Manager owner social media / branding.
Skills:
• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
• Outstanding communication, patience and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills (HIGH REQUIREMENT)
• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
• Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
• Experience working with multiple social media platforms including Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and more.
• Customer service experience.
• Bookkeeping certification preferred but not mandatory.
