Location/Remote: Onsite in Cedar Park, TX (i.e., 5 days onsite/week)

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent / Direct Hire

Compensation: up to $33/hour (equivalent to $69k annually, assuming no overtime)

On-Call Rotation:

• Currently every 8th week (8 people in rotation; will extend as new people start)
• On-Call Bonus: $400 per week ($1,000 per week if it includes a paid company holiday)

We're looking for two Additive Manufacturing Technicians to join our team in Cedar Park, Texas. If you have a passion for innovation and a hands-on approach, this could be a great fit for you!

In this role, you'll be working directly with cutting-edge metal additive manufacturing (3D printing) technology. While experience with 3D printing is a plus, it's not required. We're also very interested in candidates with machine shop, fabrication, or mechanical experience, such as working with CNC machines or electrical systems.

Requirements:

• Requires 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or similar environment.
• Experience with additive manufacturing (3D printing) is a plus.
• A strong interest in metal additive manufacturing.
• The ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site setting.
• High school diploma.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test is required.
